- Employment type : Full time or Part time (4 days per week)
- Salary : $77,200 - $110,143 per annum + annual leave loading, superannuation, vehicle options, mobile, laptop, and up to $10,000 annual salary boost

About The Role

- Work in diverse settings – from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces and community centres.
- Utilise assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximising NDIS funding.
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
- Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans using function‑based strategies within a positive behaviour support framework.
- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.
- Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub; share stories of impact, coffee and laughs.
- Tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.

Who We Are Looking For

Qualifications

- Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor, Master or Graduate Diploma) in Occupational Therapy (AHPRA registration), Speech Pathology (SPA registration), Social Work (AASW membership), Mental Health Nursing (AHPRA registration), Psychology or related field.
- Be deemed a Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (evidence of letter required).
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Valid Australian driver’s licence.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
