Base pay range
A$140,******/yr - A$150,******/yr
About the Company
Davidson is partnering with a large, complex and highly regulated organisation to deliver a pivotal Digital Transformation.
About the Role
Lead the end-to-end change strategy and plan across ERP, ICT and wider digital initiatives.
Embed change, stakeholder engagement and training into project lifecycles alongside project managers and business leads.
Run change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses and organisational readiness reviews; translate insights into transition plans.
Design and deliver communication strategies that build trust and buy-in.
Oversee user training, knowledge transfer and capability uplift to ensure BAU adoption.
Track adoption, measure success and report on benefits realisation against business case objectives.
Proactively manage risks and resistance; align activity with governance, risk and regulatory obligations.
Contribute updates for program governance, boards and committees as required.
About You
Significant experience leading organisational change for ERP and enterprise-wide digital transformation in large or regulated environments.
Deep knowledge of change frameworks (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR/Kotter) and how to blend communications, training and adoption into delivery.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proven ability to link change initiatives to measurable benefits and KPIs.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of anticipating risks and managing resistance.
Comfortable uplifting organisational change capability (coaching leaders and teams).
Broad understanding of enterprise tech (ERP, data, cloud, cyber and compliance).
