The Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate the Projects Administration team, ensuring that Project Managers, Engineering, Commissioning, and other business operations departments receive the administrative support they need. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervising and monitoring the team's workload, streamlining all work processes, ensuring administration and secretarial deadlines are met Identifying the training needs within the team Supporting Project Managers as required Providing quality professional services to customers and clients, both internal and external. Typing project documentation for senior management and related departments Managing telephone enquiries for the project and drafting departments Managing and overseeing the reception function and the administration hub Setting up files for all new project jobs Formatting of Site Quality Assurance and OH&S manuals Maintaining registers for warranty maintenance etc Processing monthly invoices Ensuring all filing, photocopy, emails, etc are attended promptly The Candidate: You are a strong communicator with a ‘can-do’ attitude and high attention to detail. The ability to lead a team, interpret work within policies and procedures and work to deadlines is essential. 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role is a must, and previous experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded. It goes without saying that you are a proficient computer operator with an intermediate to advanced level of the MS Office suite.
