Casual Maintenance Assistant / Handyperson We are seeking an experienced Casual Maintenance Assistant/Handyperson to join our customer-focused retirement village team. This is a hands-on role offering variety, flexibility, and the chance to work closely with residents and a supportive team. About the role: Working alongside our Maintenance & Security Manager, you’ll support ongoing and preventative maintenance across the village. Tasks include: Minor repairs and general upkeep Planned and unplanned maintenance of building assets Liaising with residents, staff, and contractors Ensuring WH&S compliance Providing exceptional customer service About you: Previous experience in a similar maintenance role Trade qualification (carpentry or cabinetmaking) advantageous but not essential Current driver’s licence Own basic hand tools (power tools provided) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Friendly, approachable and resident-focused Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently About us: Renaissance Retirement Living is a leading provider of premium retirement living with a large masterplanned community in Victoria Point.
