As a Full Time Assistant Store Manager at Eastgardens, you’ll play a key role in the daily success of the store. You will:
* Lead and develop your team – coaching, motivating, and building a positive, inclusive culture that reflects Kathmandu’s values.

* Drive operational excellence – managing stock, visual merchandising, store standards, and daily processes to keep everything running smoothly.
* Use strong commercial awareness – understanding KPIs, sales targets, and local trends to drive performance and maximise results.
