Salary
$38.08 per hour (age of 18 years+ rate), inclusive of 20% casual loading and 13.5% superannuation. Junior rates adjusted accordingly.
About the Role
As a Cafe Attendant, you will provide outstanding service to visitors at the Centre and Café, creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Role Accountabilities
* Food preparation and barista duties.
* Accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
* Promoting and providing quality customer service at all times.
* Ensuring that members and guests receive prompt, professional, and quality service.
* Maintaining a professional retail area.
Qualifications
You will have completed Year 10 or hold a relevant Certificate level qualification and must hold (or be able to obtain) Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
Other desired qualities include energetic confidence, passion for customer service, an enthusiastic approach, willingness to learn, and a drive to seek innovative solutions.
Experience is preferred but not required.
Availability up to 7 days a week, flexible with scheduling.
