About the role

Provide evidence‐based clinical services under the mentoring of senior clinicians, making a real difference in the lives of children and/or adults with developmental delay and/or disability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Clinical service delivery under the NDIS.
* Engage in and lead clinical work guided by evidence‐based practice.
* Develop and communicate ideas for innovation and improvement.
* Recognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers.
* Ensure clear customer documentation.
* Work collaboratively, recognise contributions from all team members.
* Actively participate in staff supervision process.
* Opportunity to support other staff for those with experience.
* Participate in student placements.
* Be solution‐focused, honest and responsive to new directions and program requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree.
* Current registration with AHPRA.
* Safety Screening, including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Salary

$97,100–133,800 (including super and annual leave loading) + $10,000 Sign‐on bonus + generous not‐for‐profit salary packaging ($18,550) + bonus opportunities + professional development time and budget + generous paid parental leave.

Required Safety Screens
* A Victorian Employee Working with Children Check.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS Worker Screening Check; Police Check for Kindergarten Additional Assistants).
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module (for all but Kindergarten Additional Assistants).
* Infection Control & PPE Training & Child Safety online modules.
