We're looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with enquiries, orders, product information and general support.
Key responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
* Process orders and update customer records
* Coordinate customer order pick-ups
* Resolve issues professionally and efficiently
* Work closely with sales, warehouse and admin teams
* Provide a positive customer experience every time
About you
* Friendly, patient and helpful attitude
* Good computer and data entry skills
* Well organised with attention to detail
* Previous customer service experience preferred
