About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and friendly team member to support our Clean and Trolley Collection Team ensuring that trolleys are available for use and that our stores remain in pristine condition. The role involves working closely with colleagues across departments to provide consistently clean and welcoming environments for customers and staff alike.
Responsibilities
* Complete tasks allocated in the daily planner such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team rooms, and emptying bins.
* Collect trolleys from the car park and surrounding areas on foot.
* Collaborate with different store departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
* Assist customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions.
* Undergo full training to operate a variety of equipment and tools safely and effectively.
Qualifications
* A motivated mindset with a passion for retail and people.
* Physical fitness required – tasks involve standing for long periods and lifting between 5–10kg.
* Flexibility to work in varied environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and car parks.
* Availability to work Monday‐Sunday across shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
* Attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
