We're a fast-growing Australian consumer finance company looking for a hands-on performance creative who can write and produce high-converting Meta ads and email campaigns.
This is an execution role — not strategy-only.
If you prefer building brand decks and running workshops, this role is not for you.
What You'll Actually Do
* Write scroll-stopping hooks and ad copy
* Design static and carousel creatives (Canva/Figma/Adobe – doesn't matter)
* Refresh creative regularly to avoid fatigue
* Develop ad angles around real life borrowing needs
* Iterate based on CTR, CPC, CPA performance
* Write and design 1–2 EDMs per month
* Promotional and lifecycle campaigns, as well as financial education
* Mobile-first layouts
* You must be comfortable taking performance data and improving creative based on it.
* Lower to middle income
* Responds to clear offers, relief messaging, empowerment angles
We're looking for content that is:
* Eye‐catching
* Human and clear
* Slightly bold
* Simple and compliant (finance industry)
* Take the time to understand customers and their needs
* Have created Meta ads with measurable results
* Can show examples of ads you personally wrote and designed
* Think in terms of angles, hooks and testing
* Move fast
We care about performance, not pretty portfolios.
Engagement
* 5–10 hours per week
* Flexible structure (retainer preferred)
* Budget aligned with experience
