Oversee and manage the production process in our Boning Room and Offal Room, ensuring customer specifications are met, whilst safely leading production staff to achieve optimum yields, cost & productivity effectiveness.

About You
* Production management experience, preferably supported by previous hands‐on floor level experience.
* Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge and leadership of OHS requirements, HACCAP and QA procedures.
* Solutions focus and consistent ability to follow through.
* Resource coordination that is flexible and efficient to deliver production requirements.
* An ability to develop and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* A collaborative and inclusive approach to communication with all stakeholders.
* Highly developed and effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strong sense of accountability and responsibility as well as a commitment to company values and the organization.
* High motivation and enthusiasm.
