Overview

School of Historical and Philosophical Inquiry – Full‐time (100%), permanent position. Base salary will be in the range $83,776 – $93,121 with 17% superannuation (HEW Level 5). Based at our St Lucia Campus.

Responsibilities
* Manage the Head of School's daily operations, including diary management, meetings, communications, correspondence, and travel coordination.
* Provide high‐level administrative and secretarial support to committees, working parties and School forums.
* Coordinate School events, workshops, and conferences, ensuring smooth logistics and proactive issue management.
* Liaise with staff, students, government, industry, and community stakeholders while overseeing office administration, briefing materials, and follow‐up actions.
* Support financial, marketing, and digital communications activities, including expense management, approvals, website/social media updates, and promotional materials.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree with relevant experience; or Advanced Diploma with at least two years corresponding experience; or Certificate IV with extensive relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
* Extensive experience in an Executive Support role.
* Excellent organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, combined with a commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service.
* Advanced stakeholder management and engagement skills.
