About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer advocate to join our team. As a business customer advocate, you will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, advocating for our products and services, identifying business opportunities, and managing customer escalations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound enquiries and coordinate administration tasks with CRM systems
* Advocate for our business products and services
* Proactively identify business opportunities through outbound sales
* Manage customer escalations, complaints, and performance issues
* Coordinate schedules and appointments with customers and staff
Requirements
* Exceptional customer service and professionalism in verbal and written formats
* Strong time management and organisational skills to exceed customer expectations
* Proven experience in B2B sales or project management environments
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
* Strong organisation and administrative skills
* Desirable skills: software development understanding, previous telco experience
