You’ll float across Guest Services, Food & Beverage, and general guest touchpoints. Every shift looks a little different—what doesn’t change is your focus on making guests feel looked after.

Employment type: Casual (penalty rates apply as per the relevant award).
Availability: mix of mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Nice to have: RSA (or willingness to obtain promptly); driver’s licence helpful but not required.
