Control Systems Engineer
• Data Center Capacity Delivery – APAC CDS
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure.
We support all AWS data centers and deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost.
The DCCD APAC CDS team seeks Controls Deployment & Service Engineers to deploy and support data center building automation systems, such as Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS).
Key Job Responsibilities
Deploy data center controls on time, managing vendors to ensure minimal defects at the Power and Facilities Hand-Off (PFHO).
Deliver critical projects to upgrade data center automation.
Provide service and support to partner teams, diagnosing and resolving Loss of Visibility (LOV), Loss of Resilience (LOR), Large Scale Event (LSE), Critical Scale Event (CSE), and other operational impact events; resolve tasks within predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Deliver initiatives to improve the efficiency of data centers and operational procedures.

About the Team
The Data Center Capacity Delivery Asia-Pacific Controls Deployment and Service (DCCD APAC CDS) team delivers and services the control systems that monitor and ensure the health of our data centers.
APAC CDS covers deployments, projects, service, colo, on-call support, and management activities.
Basic Qualifications
Controls system experience: building unified automated systems for enterprise-level clients, consolidating equipment and subsystems; hardware, software, and networking products from multiple vendors.
Project management experience: understanding electrical/control diagrams and schematics, control panel Bill of Materials (BoM), inspection, testing and commissioning, managing project scope, schedule, cost, stakeholder expectations, and vendors/sub-contractors.
Preferred Qualifications
Critical environment experience.
Electrical or mechanical controls systems experience.
Controls construction / controls technology experience.
