**We will count on you to**
- Oversee injured worker's rehabilitation
- Assist employers to develop and monitor RTW programs
- Provide advice on injury prevention and occupational rehabilitation
- Liaise and consult with claims staff, medical practitioners, allied health professional and employers
- Conduct worksite assessment and training
- Assistance with Accredited Return to Work Program
**What you need to have**:
- Formal tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Psychology
- Previous experience in workplace rehabilitation - Highly regarded
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in injury management, or a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act & Regulations.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Computer literacy including skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure and reliability to ensure deadlines are met through effective time management
**Salary**: $85.00 - $90.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
