Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across the plant
* Find, assess and fix electrical faults to keep equipment safe and operational
* Implement and complete preventative maintenance in your assigned areas
* Make sure all electrical work meets Australian Electrical Standards and site safety requirements
* Work as part of the electrician team to support daily production and plant uptime
* Take part in training and development to keep your skills current and support future opportunities
Qualifications
* Current trade qualification in Electrotechnology (Certificate III)
* NSW electrical licence, or can transfer to one with ease
* Experience working on planned and reactive maintenance in an industrial or plant environment (meat processing an advantage)
* Confidence to organise your work, juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure
* Practical problem‐solving skills and good judgement when dealing with electrical issues
* Experience receiving and acting on work orders through a CMMS (highly preferred, not essential)
