Operations & Growth Manager – Medicolegal Services
A start up and growing medicolegal organisation is seeking an experienced operations professional to help lead the next phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone currently working, or who has previously worked, within a medicolegal company and understands the unique challenges of managing specialist networks, medicolegal workflows, client relationships and operational delivery. This is not a traditional administration or business development role. We are seeking a commercially minded leader who can optimise operations, support growth initiatives, strengthen provider engagement and help scale the business nationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and improve day-to-day medicolegal operations.
* Develop and implement scalable processes and systems.
* Recruit, onboard and engage specialist medical providers.
* Support the expansion of services and specialist panels.
* Work closely with leadership on growth and strategic initiatives.
* Identify operational efficiencies and technology opportunities.
* Monitor performance metrics and service delivery standards.
* Strengthen relationships with providers, clients and key stakeholders.
* Assist in developing new service offerings and business opportunities.
* Support the implementation of innovative and technology-driven solutions.
About You
* Previous experience working within a medicolegal organisation.
* Experience in operations, provider services, client services, practice management or business management.
* Strong understanding of medicolegal reporting and assessment processes.
* Experience managing specialist networks and stakeholder relationships.
* Ability to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
* Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive and hands‐on approach.
