The Opportunity
Due to the growth of the business, we have a new and exciting professional opening for a Senior Marketing and Communications Advisor to lead our brand storytelling and campaign execution. This position will play a pivotal role in strengthening connection and collaboration across our rapidly evolving business. In consultation with the Brand, Communications & Marketing Director, this position will take the lead on all formal communication activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business and project goals.
* Create compelling content across digital and print platforms, including capability statements, brochures, presentations, and social media.
* Manage marketing workflows and tools to schedule, track, and optimise campaign performance.
* Oversee website updates and ensure brand consistency across all external-facing materials.
* Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and analytics reporting.
* Coordinate and deliver engaging email campaigns and manage subscriber lists.
* Plan and support industry events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business priorities.
* Support the Brand, Communications & Marketing Director in executing broader initiatives.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent field.
* 5+ years of experience of B2B marketing, ideally within engineering, industrial, mining, or energy sectors.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, platforms and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
* Proven experience and a solid understanding in digital marketing, content creation and brand strategy and management including visual identity.
* Proficiency in using marketing software, including CRM, email marketing platforms, analytic tools digital marketing tools, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
* Strong skills in SEO, social media strategy, and email marketing to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously and effectively in a dynamic work environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Work confidently across Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
