The Role
* Lead and inspire your peers with passion and positivity.
* Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS .
* Build strong, respectful relationships with families and children.
* Support and mentor your fellow educators, encouraging professional growth.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, wellbeing, and documentation requirements.
* Work closely with the leadership team to maintain a high-quality service.
About You
* Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
* Experienced in programming, documentation, and leading a team.
* A strong communicator with families, children, and colleagues.
* Passionate about safeguarding children and maintaining safe practices.
* Ready to grow your career and take on more leadership responsibility.

Scribbles and giggles is such a loving and nurturing centre, all the educators have smiling and happy faces when we walk in which makes us feel so welcomed. The children have so many great things to do throughout the day, from being outside to indoor play and making great memories. A huge respect for the educators and workers in scribbles and giggles daycare! I've had no issues since sending my son here and communication is great. Big outdoor space for the kids to play and clean classrooms. Really happy with the staff and the activities you provide for the kids. My Son has adapted really well and I am grateful!
My son graduated last year and being a young boy with special needs scribbles and giggles went above and beyond to accommodate his needs which I was really thankful for. My 2 year old is still currently attending and loving it. Alicia and Christina are such a delight and I love having them part of my childcare experience.
The food they serve is great my kids never complain, the staff were always responding to every concern I've had about my children and fixing it immediately to make sure me and my children were happy I really love this preschool.
Having 3 kids attending Scribbles & Giggles this place has been very accommodating to my kids, I've been attending this center for the past 5 years the educators are warm, friendly and caring, my kids love coming to class everyday they get spoilt by the staff on a daily basis.

Amazing educators who have helped my children settle very quickly! My daughter who was struggling socially to make friends now has a classroom of friends who are always happy to see her in the mornings! The programs are so much fun and very educational and suitable for their age. Miss Amita is an amazing educator who suits the room so much! Well done to all!

My son is in the process of getting assessed staff and management have been supportive and very accommodating to both my son and my needs during this process.
