People and Culture Manager
This position is a permanent, full-time contracted role at Katherine Town Council. Katherine Town Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Manager to lead and evolve our people strategy and drive organisational excellence. This is a key leadership position within a collaborative and close‑knit team, serving Katherine, the "Crossroads of the North."
The role is responsible for managing all facets of human resources strategy and operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll oversight, staff learning and development, workplace health and safety and compliance. It blends strategy with delivery to shape the next chapter of the council's success story.
