National 360 is expanding in the Busselton and Bunbury regions! We're looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist and Speech Pathologist to join our growing team.
About The Role
* A tailored caseload to your interests or maintain a generalised caseload mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
* Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments and working from home.
* We will provide you with regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
* Collaborate with a passionate Western Australia multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, positive behaviour support practitioners and speech pathologists dedicated to making a real community impact.
* Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
* Enjoy team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.
About You
* You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology and hold or have applied for AHPRA or SPA registration.
* You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
* You have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
* You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
* You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.
