Drill Maintenance Supervisor
To achieve exceptional drill maintenance outcomes, we seek a skilled professional to oversee contractors and employees.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Contract Management: Lead contractor management, review invoices, address performance variances, and finalise contract claims on time.
* Fleet Oversight: Manage daily drill operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain fleet performance metrics.
* Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance schedules, track equipment hours, and ensure timely availability of critical spare parts.
* Safety & Risk Management: Conduct pre-start meetings, inspections, hazard identifications, and maintain a safe work environment.
* Stock & Cost Control: Monitor and maintain critical spare stock levels to prevent downtime and unexpected costs.
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years in site-based maintenance supervisory roles or similar.
* Qualifications: Mechanical or Electrical Trade qualified in Heavy Plant or equivalent.
* Certifications: Certified or pursuing the Classified Plant Inspector or Schedule 26 appointment.
* License: Current Western Australian Class C Driver's Licence.
* Desirable Skills: Experience with AMT Maintenance Software, contractual administration, and knowledge of Atlas T45, D45, and L7 Blast hole Drill rigs.
