Salary: AUD120000 - AUD120000 per annum + Super
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead a busy manufacturing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for driving efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the workshop.
Role
* Supervise and coordinate production team
* Oversee daily production schedules to ensure targets and deadlines are met
* Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality control across all stages of production
* Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members as required
* Ensure safe work practices are followed in line with WH&S requirements
* Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions – continuous improvement
* Liaise with management
* Support training and onboarding of new team members
Requirements
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role preferably within the steel or sheetmetal industry
* Good understanding of manufacturing processes
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to safety and quality standards
