As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will empower individuals living with mental illness to live their lives on their own terms. You will collaborate with customers in Bunbury and surrounding areas to provide personalized services and activities tailored to their needs and preferences.
* Deliver customized support to customers with diverse requirements.
* Facilitate access to community resources and services for customers.
* Develop and implement individualized plans to promote customer autonomy and well-being.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or relevant qualifications, as well as experience in mental health community support. A proven capacity to handle complex issues and a genuine commitment to working with people experiencing mental illness are essential.
