SAP Solution Architect – E2E Technical Architecture

This role is pivotal in leading the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and business-aligned SAP technical architectures.
About the role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP Solution Architect with AGSVA security clearance to lead the development and delivery of comprehensive SAP technical architectures.
You'll play a key role in aligning SAP strategies with business objectives, driving innovation, and mentoring a team of senior architects across complex projects.
Applicants must have an active NV1 Security Clearance
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive SAP technical architectures aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on SAP technical architecture and design.
Design and architect secure, scalable SAP environments using best practices and industry standards.
Implement advanced SAP solutions to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain SAP technical architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with SAP implementations and operations.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ISO ***** and NIST.
Lead complex SAP projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Mentor and lead a team of senior SAP technical architects, fostering continuous learning and high performance.
Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
Communicate complex SAP concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Drive innovation in SAP practices, leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and SAP awareness within the organisation.
Required Experience:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
AGSVA security clearance (NV1) is mandatory; applicants must be Australian Citizens.
Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Solution Architect, SAP Certified Technology Associate).
Extensive experience as an SAP Technical Architect, with a proven track record in advanced SAP technical architectures and solutions.
Demonstrated expertise in SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and Cloud technologies.
In-depth knowledge of SAP technical architecture and best practices.
Proficiency in SAP security features and services.
Strong understanding of technical architecture frameworks, standards, and regulations.
Experience with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Technologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are an asset.
Experience leading large, complex SAP projects.
Familiarity with emerging SAP technologies and methodologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
