Regional Crew Pathway Programs Coordinator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist in delivering the Regional Crew Pathways Program, an initiative supported by Netflix. The successful candidate will have experience in the film and TV industry, established contacts, and the ability to provide guidance to early career crew members.
The coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the program’s success. This involves managing trainees, sourcing work placements, and providing support throughout their traineeships. Additionally, the coordinator will maintain records on Screenworks’ crew and locations databases and explore opportunities to increase listings.
This is a casual position, approximately 24 hours per week, with flexibility to work from home or at our Ballina office. The ideal candidate will be passionate about affecting change in regional people’s lives and careers.
Job Description:
* Manage trainees and provide guidance throughout their traineeships
* SOURCE work placements for trainees
* Maintain records on crew and locations databases
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase listings on crew and locations databases
• Foster relationships with industry professionals to source work placements
• Provide support and guidance to early career crew members
Requirements:
• Experience in the film and TV industry
• Established contacts within the industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
