Responsibilities
* Lead with genuine autonomy, with clear expectations and high trust.

* Implement EYLF‐based programmes and maintain regulatory compliance (NQF, NQS).

What You Bring
* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Proven experience in early childhood education.
* Strong understanding of NQF, NQS and regulatory compliance.
* Current and mandatory Certificates and Checks.
* Exceptional communication and relationship‐building skills.
* Ability to lead and inspire a team.
Qualifications & Compliance
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
* Current Working with Children Check.
* Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain immediately).
* National Police Check clearance.
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
Experience & Skills
* Proven ability to design and implement EYLF‐based programmes.
* Strong documentation skills (observations, assessments, planning).
* Experience leading and mentoring educators.
* Deep understanding of NQF, NQS and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication with children, families and team.
