Mt Gambier High School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join its team as a Coordinator Welling Leader Middle Years. This role will play a vital part in developing student wellbeing, self-esteem, and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead preventative programs that promote student wellbeing, self-esteem, and resilience.
* Contribute to effective teaching and student learning practices by leading and managing aspects of the school's improvement focus.
* Engage with external organisations to support case management approaches for students, staff, and families.
* Support site enrolment processes and procedures.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated high-level skills in case management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of wellbeing processes, ethical issues, legal obligations, and confidentiality.
* Experience in contributing to improvements in learning engagement and wellbeing of students experiencing various wellbeing issues or requiring additional inclusion strategies.
