Our Ads business is focused on building a must‐buy advertising solution that allows brands to connect with diverse audiences deeply engaged with our content. In Australia, we have strong early momentum and are entering a phase of accelerated growth as we scale the team and expand our impact.

Opportunity

As the Ads Senior Sales Partner in Australia, you will play a key role in developing and executing our sales strategy for the Australian market. This highly strategic, client‐facing role requires exceptional relationship management and business acumen, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies. You will engage directly with C‐suite and senior decision makers at major advertisers and agencies, influencing how the country's iconic brands invest in premium streaming environments.

Core Responsibilities

* Client Ownership & Revenue Growth – Build and maintain strong, long‐term relationships with key advertisers and their agency partners to drive revenue growth, leveraging Netflix's audience insights and premium content offerings. Demonstrate strong sales acumen by evaluating sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue pacing, translating business reviews into clear actions.
* Market Strategy & Innovation – Advocate for the value proposition of Netflix Ads and champion the adoption of platform capabilities to accelerate sales velocity and unlock incremental revenue opportunities. Identify and capture new growth opportunities across CTV, programmatic, emerging buying models, and cross‐border campaigns by monitoring market trends, competitive dynamics, and innovation signals.
* Cross‐Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with internal teams—including Account Management, Marketing Partnerships, Measurement, Ads Marketing, and Product—to ensure flawless campaign delivery and an exceptional client experience. Provide market and partner feedback to global and regional leadership to continuously improve product, operations, and go‐to‐market strategy, and lead complex initiatives that create value for both advertisers and Netflix.

We're looking for

* 12+ years of relevant experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or business development.
* A seasoned understanding of the advertising ecosystem, positioning the role as a thought partner who connects market‐level insights and emerging trends to ad solutions.
* A proven strategic thinker with a track record of impact who demonstrates excellent judgment, sets clear priorities in complex environments, and provides clarity on what matters most.
* A self‐directed, collaborative problem solver who takes end‐to‐end ownership, proactively drives initiatives, influences cross‐functional partners, and confidently engages C‐level partners.
* Passion for developing innovative Netflix Ads that respect and enhance our content, brand, products, and fans.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
* Ability to multitask, make decisions, and operate at entrepreneurial speed in fast‐moving environments.
* Genuine interest in our corporate culture.
