Key Responsibilities
* Directly reporting to the operations director.
* Developing and managing project budgets.
* Coordinating project timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
* Collaborating with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
* Liasing with site supervisors, subcontractors, and all trades personnel.
* Overseeing construction procedures to ensure timely and efficient completion.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular site meetings.
* Providing frequent progress reports to management.
Essential Qualifications
* Proven experience in managing tilt up panel construction projects.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
