About the role
Our client is looking for a motivated and friendly customer service representative for a 5 month contract. You will be the first point of contact for business to business customers, helping with orders and general enquiries while working closely with other departments in a varied and exciting role.The ideal candidate will be experienced or eager to learn with a positive and can-do attitude.
Duties
- Delivered outstanding customer service in an inbound call centre environment
- Maintained a strong rapport with customers and sales representatives
- Dealt effectively with challenging customers
- Providing frontline communication and support to external customers
- Responding to customer’s queries in a positive and professional manner
- Acting as a point of contract between Finance and site personnel
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports
- High quantity of data entry, invoicing and processing orders
Skills & experience
- Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with client, supplier and on-site personnel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Working Holiday canddiates are welcome
