Dispatch Officer Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Officer to oversee the allocation and management of our mining fleet. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience with large mining equipment and fleet management software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring the mining fleet in real-time to ensure optimal utilization and performance

* Maintaining accurate records and reports to track fleet performance and efficiency
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, business, or logistics)
* Proven experience in dispatch or fleet management, preferably in the mining industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
* Proficiency in large mining equipment and fleet management software
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills
