About the opportunity This opportunity will suit those in the early stages of their conveyancing paralegal/ support career. As a conveyancing paralegal day to day you can expect to:

* Provide support to an experienced conveyancing paralegal
* Obtaining title searches and property certificate required for property due diligence or for preparation of contracts of sale and vendor's statement
* Assist with the preparation of contracts of sale and vendor's statements for residential and commercial properties for Government, private sector and not for profit clients
* Assist with contract and vendor's statement reviews for residential properties for Government and not for profit clients
* Attend to the settlement process for the sales and purchases of residential and commercial properties utilising PEXA
* Attend to the lodgement of plans of subdivision and easements utilising SPEAR
* Attend to a variety of property and titling matters

About you

To be successful in this role it's critical that you have some experience working as a conveyancing paralegal or assistant. You will know your way around PEXA and be comfortable handling client enquiries while providing excellent customer service.

The team are seeking a motivated person with genuine interest in developing their career within the property practice and are willing invest in training and development. In addition, you will also:

* Be a self-starter who displays strong initiative;
* Be a reliable team member who enjoys working collaboratively;
* Possess excellent attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to your work;
* Be comfortable within a dynamic and high-volume environment; and
* Take a professional approach in everything you do, with excellent written and verbal communication.
