Help us give every child the Best Start in Life.We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced **Lead Educator** to lead the daily learning program within our **0–12 month** age group. In this role, you will guide and support your team in creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment that promotes each child's development and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.**What you'll do*** Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.* Inspire and mentor Educators within your room.* Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.* Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community.* Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.**What you'll bring*** A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing & alignment to our Busy Bee values.* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification and WWCC.* Demonstrated experience leading a room in a day care setting.* Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.**Why Busy Bees?**Because we offer the B.E.E.S. advantage: Better pay.
