This role is based in Mount Gambier, Beneficent’s innovation hub, where new ideas in disability employment and career development come to life.
You’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team working across Workers Insurance, NDIS and Community Employment programs, empowering people to rebuild their working lives and community connections.
We offer flexibility (4 or 5 days per week), mentoring, and the opportunity to grow with a progressive organisation that truly values its people.

What You’ll Do
- Provide tailored job‑seeking and career‑coaching support.
- Promote the benefits of inclusive employment to local and regional businesses.
- Reverse‑market clients with injury or disability directly to employers.
- Develop real‑world employment and volunteer experiences for injured workers and NDIS participants.
- Build strong relationships with employers, medical providers and community networks.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
What You’ll Bring
- Emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for people.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Empathy, resilience and the ability to motivate others toward change.
- Background in injury management, employment services, career development or NDIS (highly regarded).
Desirable qualifications
- Career Development, Coaching, Employment Services, or a related field.
- Current driver’s licence & comprehensively insured vehicle.
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening (or eligibility to obtain).
- Full Australian working rights.
