Personal Banking Advisor
As a Personal Banking Advisor at Westpac, you'll assist customers with their banking needs, offering tailored advice and solutions. You'll help with tasks such as opening accounts, managing finances, and providing guidance on Westpac's products and services. The role is customer‐focused, seeking to build strong relationships and ensure a positive banking experience.
Requirements
* Thrive in energetic, fast‐paced environments with variety in daily tasks
* Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service
* Passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to support sales and banking needs
* Strong communication skills and excellent time management
* A willingness to learn and grow professionally
* No banking experience? No problem – you'll receive comprehensive training on Westpac's products and services and supportive team guidance
Shifts are Monday‐Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm.
