The Role:
As an experienced practitioner in the Acoustics sector, you know what is important and how you will be investing your time, you'll be:
* Overseeing delivery of a range of significant scale major projects with a specific focus on Architectural / Buildings Acoustics.
* Managing project deliverables, costs and resources
* Undertaking and reviewing specialised Acoustics modelling (experience using Soundplan, Cadna or other recognised software packages)
* Mentoring others in your team and ensuring that as a group you deliver real value for your clients
* Developing your leadership and management skills with guidance from experienced, approachable mentors
* Client relationship management
* Shaping project strategy and programming project deliverables

What you must have to apply:
* Australian-based Buildings Acoustics consulting experience
* People and project leadership experience
* Acoustic Modelling and Analysis experience ideally utilising Soundplan, Cadnaa etc or other relevant programs
* Relevant qualifications and memberships to Australian / International Acoustics associations
* Advanced report writing and communication skills
* A reputation for delivering high-quality work and building excellent team morale and client relationships
* A passion to innovate and find better ways to engage with and deliver value for your clients
