Warehouse Storeperson - New Team Member Needed

We're on the lookout for a reliable and detail focused Storeperson to join our friendly team in Ballarat.
You'll be working in our warehouse, helping to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
This is a hands on role suited to someone who's organised, safety conscious, and happy to roll up their sleeves as part of a team that takes pride in their work (and doesn't mind a bit of banter along the way).
What you'll be doing:
* Receiving, scanning, checking and inspecting incoming equipment
* Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
* Preparing and packing outgoing tools and equipment
* Maintaining stock accuracy using our warehouse systems
* Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organised
* Pitching in and supporting the team wherever needed
What we're looking for:
* Previous warehouse or stores experience
* Good computer skills (you'll be using scanners and warehouse software)
* Strong attention to detail and a focus on doing things right
* Genuine, reliable and easy to work with
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
* Clear communication and a team first mindset
* A current forklift licence is good (but not essential)
* Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet
* Someone who cares...about people, themselves, their team and our clients

Desired Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment
* Experience as a Storeperson (bonus points for dispatch/goods in)
* Forklift licence (beneficial but not essential)
* Computer literacy and confidence using scanners and warehouse systems
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good level of physical fitness and ability to work on your feet
* Safety conscious with a solid understanding of warehouse safety practices
* Integrity and reliability someone who does the right thing, even when no one's watching
* A positive, can-do personality and the ability to work with urgency when needed
* Experience with mechanical or electrical tooling is a plus
* Working knowledge of general stores and logistics processes
* Clear communicator who works well with others and contributes to a supportive team culture
