Who we're looking for?
* Current QLD Real Estate Licence or willingness to obtain (with our support).
* Proven experience in retail or property management, ideally across multi-site portfolios.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer‐focused approach.
* Excellent organisational and administrative ability to manage high‐volume tasks and deadlines.
* Familiarity with tenancy systems and compliance processes; Microsoft Office proficiency.
The role
Join Knight Frank's national retail team as a Retail Manager, overseeing the day‐to‐day operations, presentation, and tenant engagement for Town/Shopping centres with 120 tenants. Ensure smooth trading and a great experience for retailers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of daily retail and tenancy management across multiple centres, ensuring compliance and presentation standards.
* Act as the primary contact for tenants, resolving queries promptly and building strong relationships.
* Coordinate lease administration, compliance tasks (insurances, bank guarantees), and maintain accurate records.
* Support marketing initiatives, retailer engagement, and trading analysis to drive performance. Partner with facilities and portfolio managers to deliver seamless operations and meet KPIs.
