Rockingham Volkswagen is part of the Shacks group which is a WA family owned business. We are looking for an experienced service advisor to be part of our friendly service team.
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll be required to:
Provide outstanding customer service by managing customers needs and expectations, therefore ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Liaise with the entire service team to ensure customer vehicles are serviced and delivered on time and all work performed is fully explained to the customer.
Qualifications & Experience
* High level of customer interaction
* Previous service advisor experience highly regarded
* Computer literate ERA experience highly regarded
* Police clearance
* Focus on customer satisfaction
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Meeting and greeting customers
* Booking in customers and quoting on service work
* Ensuring all customers needs are attended to
* Up selling additional work as required
* Meeting departments sales targets
* An excellent remuneration will be offered based on experience
