About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and compassionate Administration Officer to join the Women's Health team within Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD), working closely with the Women's Reproductive Health Team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a supportive and dedicated team delivering free, confidential and culturally safe pregnancy options care, including counselling and contraception advice to women across Western NSW. Supporting women to explore and exercise their right to self-determined care is at the heart of this team.
In this full-time role, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the team can continue providing high-quality care to the community. You will work closely with managers and clinicians, coordinating administrative functions, managing enquiries and correspondence, organising meetings and events, preparing documents and reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting staff with systems and processes.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, professional and adaptable, with excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in administration, minute taking, document preparation and working with electronic systems will be highly regarded.
