Introduction:
About the Business

Timberline, Uniplan Group, and Duroclass are proudly Australian manufacturers based in Armidale, NSW, and form part of the Scott Group—an organisation dedicated to high-quality craftsmanship, innovation, and local job creation.

Timberline is a rapid-growing manufacturer of premium bathroom furniture including vanities, shaving cabinets, and custom cabinetry. We specialise in made-to-order products with impressively quick lead times. With over 9.5 billion possible product combinations across our standard and optional configurations, Timberline gives customers unparalleled choice and flexibility.

Uniplan Group is one of NSW’s largest modular building manufacturers, with more than 25 years’ experience delivering high-quality prefab buildings. Our Armidale factory showcases an incredible range of buildings under construction at any given time. The entire process operates to a precise “drum beat”—similar to a car production line—where each building moves through structured workstations, starting as a steel chassis and finishing as a complete, ready-to-occupy building in as little as 21 days.

Duroclass manufactures 100% Australian-made acrylic vanity tops right here in Armidale. With a strong reputation for durability, quality, and attention to detail, Duroclass supports both Timberline and the broader market with locally produced, premium-grade acrylic tops.
