About the business
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated person with accounts receivable experience to join our growing business. We are an Essential Service Provider and a Registered Training Organization (RTO).
About the role
You will have experience in accounts receivable, preferably in Xero and you will have a formidable reputation on delivering fast results to maximise the collection of our company debts. You will need to be able to act with great urgency and attention to detail, making sure our company's cash flow and reputation is maintained throughout the entire collection process.

Skills and experience
* Effective professional communication, both verbal and written
* Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
* Strong debt collection skills and monitoring
* Sound understanding of accounting practices
* Experience dealing with confidential information
* Strong negotiation skills in negotiating payment arrangements in line with business guidelines
* Monthly statements runs & assisting with invoicing
* Daily bank reconciliations of accounts receivable
