Role Overview
This call for Expressions of Interest seeks talented First Nations scholars to join the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at Level B (Education Focused) to support the teaching of the Indigenous health curriculum and support Indigenous students in any of the Faculty's disciplinary fields. Responsibilities
* Teach Indigenous health curriculum within the Faculty.
* Provide support to Indigenous students across disciplinary fields.
Qualifications
* Healthcare background and embedded in Schools or Departments.
* Strong links to the Gukwonderuk Unit.
* Highly motivated Indigenous Australian with experience in engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Eligibility
Only Indigenous Australians are eligible to apply for this position as it is exempt under the Special Measure Provision, Section 12 (1) of the Equal Opportunity Act 2011 (Vic).
Other Requirements
The incumbent must hold a valid Working with Children Check.
