Responsibilities
As a Casual Stylist, you will:
* Deliver inspiring, confidence‐building customer experiences through expert styling and genuine connection
* Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits
* Share your passion for curve fashion and fit to help customers feel confident and celebrated
* Support the team to achieve sales, ACS and conversion targets
* Maintain high standards of presentation by keeping the store looking on‐brand and inviting
* Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining the sales floor
* Follow loss prevention and health & security procedures to ensure a safe store environment
* Be a positive team player who contributes to a fun, inclusive and energetic store culture

Qualifications

* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Confidence working toward sales targets and KPIs
* A strong eye for detail and store presentation
* Reliability, teamwork and a can‐do mindset
* Flexibility to work weekdays, late nights and weekends
