Clinical Coordinator - Domestic
This is a senior leadership role within our crisis services, where you will be responsible for providing advanced clinical, strategic and educational leadership across integrated crisis services in rural and regional emergency departments.
* Strengthen frontline capability by training and mentoring health staff in identifying and responding to domestic & family violence.
* Coordinating consistent pathways for screening, disclosures and crisis responses.
* Providing expert consultation on complex cases.
This role requires a combination of leadership, clinical excellence and community partnership, ensuring safety, dignity and recovery for people impacted by violence, abuse and neglect.
About You
* Demonstrated experience and high professional judgement.
* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving ability.
* Degree in Social Work and membership or eligibility with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
