About the role
As the Manager Court Practice, you will oversee the operations of Community Correctional Services including having direct oversight of the court order management and court services teams. You will play a key role in developing community partnerships with the courts and local police. This is a full time, ongoing position which will oversee staff and operations in West Gippsland, with the choice to based across Warragul, Wonthaggi or Morwell. Travel to the CCS offices on occasion will be required.
You will be required to participate in the "on call" after hours Duty Director system as rostered.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- extensive case management experience with complex and high risk clients
- extensive understanding of best practice risk minimisation and therapeutic initiatives
- experience in managing teams and resources ensuring smooth delivery of services
- an ability to monitor financial performance, resource and staffing requirements.

A relevant qualification in social work, human services or criminal justice discipline, with work experience in a similar field is also desirable.
