Bradford Homes is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead, develop and drive a results-focused sales team.
You'll take ownership of sales performance, lead from the front, and implement strategies that increase conversions, improve team capability, and expand market share across display homes and house & land.
About the Role
* Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
* Drive sales strategy execution across all channels
* Own sales targets, forecasting, and performance reporting
* Optimise the display home network and sales funnel
* Identify and unlock new business opportunities
* Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
* Partner with marketing to drive lead generation and conversion
* Manage escalations and ensure exceptional customer outcomes
You'll be responsible for building a disciplined, high-conversion sales culture that consistently delivers results.
What Success Looks Like
* Sales targets consistently achieved or exceeded
* Strong conversion rates from enquiry to contract
* Clear and accurate sales forecasting
* Continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience
About You
You are a commercially driven leader who knows how to get results through people. You bring:
* 5+ years' experience in a senior sales leadership role (ideally in residential building or property)
* Proven ability to lead and scale a sales team
* Strong understanding of sales funnels, KPIs, and conversion optimisation
* Experience managing display homes and/or project sales environments
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strategic thinking with hands‐on execution capability
* High levels of accountability, resilience and drive
