About the role
We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Technical Lead to provide technical leadership across data analysis, governance, and end‐to‐end data migration.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical leadership and guidance across all data migration activities.
* Facilitate workshops to define data requirements, mapping rules, and transformation logic.
* Develop, coordinate, and oversee end‐to‐end data migration strategies.
* Collaborate with project managers, architects, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and risk management.
Required Skills
* Strong Technical Expertise in Data Migration including extraction, transformation, mapping, loading, and validation.
* Ability to apply data governance principles.
* Ability to estimate work effort, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
* Experience in agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
* Strong workshop‐facilitation skills to gather requirements and align expectations.
* Background working in large‐scale data migration programs preferably within public sector.
